Hi! I’m Nicole, an experienced Ayurvedic health coach and yoga instructor dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal well-being. My passion lies in helping others find balance and harmony through deep awareness and connection to nature’s rhythms. I offer guidance and support through a journey of self discovery and finding the treasure of vibrant whole body healing and health. Through fostering the mind body connection, we will work together on personalized diet plans, meditation practices, and a variety of simple holistic lifestyle strategies.
